Physical Location
Opus Mosaics' warehouse is located in the heart of Missoula, MT. Unfortunately at this time we do not have a retail location so our website is our only showroom. However, if you live in Missoula or the surrounding area arrangements for Local Pickup or Delivery can be made in order to avoid shipping charges. Just follow the instructions below on this page under the heading Local Pickup & Delivery.

Shipping Policy

The majority of orders to the Lower 48 States are shipped using FedEx or USPS Priority Mail for a flat fee of $9.00. (For Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska See Below). Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours from the time the order is placed. In general, you can expect to receive your order in as little as 3 to 5 business days from the time you placed your order. The exact amount of time it takes depends on a number of factors including your distance from our warehouse in Missoula, MT. If you would like Express or International Delivery please contact us prior to placing your order by calling (406) 529-5154. PLEASE NOTE: Processing time for larger orders of sheet tile may take a little longer because they are usually shipped from our supplier in Oregon. If you've ordered a large amount of sheet tile for an installation as well as some of our other tools and supplies then it is possible that you will be sent two different packages. Special Orders and Custom Blend/Gradient Orders may incur shipping charges exceeding our Standard $9.00 Flat Fee and will be calculated on an order to order basis.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
Since shipping is more expensive to Alaska and Hawaii our normal standard shipping rate does not apply. However, using USPS Priority Mail makes it quite affordable to ship to our customers in Alaska and Hawaii. For instance, orders that are less than 8 pounds in weight can be shipped in a Flat Rate box for $10.35. Orders up to 12 pounds can be shipped in a Large Flat Rate box for $13.95. Please keep in mind though that shipping does get considerably more expensive if you order some of our larger mosaic mirrors, tables, or plaques. Free shipping that is included for Tile Samples & Boards does not apply to Alaska and Hawaii.

Local Pickup & Delivery
If you are a resident of Missoula, MT or a nearby area and you wish to avoid shipping charges you can select our Local Pickup & Delivery option when placing your order before checking out. Once we receive your order we will call you about making arrangements for pickup or delivery. Feel free to call us to make arrangements as well.

Promo Codes
Occasionally our company sends out discount Promo Codes through e-mail marketing campaigns or by other advertising methods. If you have received a Promo Code you will need to enter it when prompted during the Checkout process on this website. Please keep in mind that Promo Code discounts apply only to merchandise and not shipping charges unless the Promo Code is for a Free Shipping promotion. Promo Codes cannot be applied to previous purchases. Additionally, all Promo Codes are subject to the following product exclusions: Tile Samples, Sample Boards, Custom Order Blends, Clearance & Sale Items, Gift Certificates, and Mosaic Bases & Forms.

Backorders
Occasionally our stock of certain items will run out and will not be available for a period of time. We try hard to clearly indicate these items by labelling them Out of Stock. If an item you would like to order is not in stock please feel free to call or e-mail us and we can let you know when the item will be available. 

Refund Policy
Opus Mosaics guarantees that all of our products are free of manufacturing defects and will replace any products found to be otherwise. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. Refunds for products can be given for the purchase price of the actual products but not for shipping charges incurred by the customer. Larger orders of over 10 sheets of tile and/or $300.00 are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Please call us within 10 days of receiving your order for refund/return approval before sending your product back. If you do not contact us within 10 days of receiving your order Opus Mosaics' reserves the right not to accept the returned items. Please keep in mind that all product must be in perfect resellable condition when we receive it in order for Opus Mosaics to issue your refund. SPECIAL NOTE: Custom design sheet blends, tile sample boards, and tile sample swatches are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Ordering Mosaic Tile
When ordering mosaic tile, please note that color variations will occur from what you see on your computer screen from actual product due to monitor differences. Variations will also occur from tile to tile. The fact that no two tiles are alike adds to the uniqueness of mosaic tiles in general. Additionally, all of our tiles are meant to be used broken and/or whole. When ordering please be aware that loose tiles are subject to breaking and chipping during shipping. Opus Mosaics cannot be held responsible for any breakage which may occur during shipping. However, you can be sure that we try very hard to pack every order with the utmost care. Additionally, we suggest that you order 10-20% more tile than you calculate for your needs so that you will have extra tile from the same dye lot in the event that you need them for repairs in the future.

We pride ourselves on an honest relationship with our customers. We promise never to sell or give away any information collected as a result of your visit to our site, to any other company or third party. We reserve the right to contact you via e-mail or phone regarding an order placed and via email for periodic promotions.
